To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Eligible return items need to have been purchased within the last 30 days and be in the condition that you received it. Sale items can be refunded.
Because we carry a limited and seasonal inventory, we may not be able to replace your exact item but we will offer you an exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return an item to us, please mail it to the following address:
