Shipping

Because we're a small start up, shipments are made once a week.  If you have a special circumstance that requires a quicker shipping, please leave a comment as you checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.   If your purchase is a gift, please leave a comment when you check out. We are happy to leave out the invoice and instead include your message inside a notecard at no additional charge.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Annie@thesparrowstudio.com.  Eligible return items need to have been purchased within the last 30 days and be in the condition that you received it.  Sale items can be refunded. 

Because we carry a limited and seasonal inventory, we may not be able to replace your exact item but we will offer you an exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  To return an item to us, please mail it to the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it and will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
